  • key for easy light scooter



    I bought a scooter 3 years ago, and they only sent 1 key. Someone took the key out of my scooter and misplaced it. I called to order a new key,and they said that they don't have any keys. You have to buy a new section where the key goes, and install it, and it is 49 dollars plus 10.00 shipping. I can't afford it, and not able to install anything. Thus, my scooter is no good.     We ordered an automatic sliding door opener for a handicapped women. We gave them our credit card and they processed it immediately. When it finally arrived it was missing some parts.     I ordered a automatic door opener from Planet mobility. They were quick to take the $737 out of my checking account, but when I hadn't rec'd the merchandise several weeks later, I called them.     Bought a Lexus Light scooter costing over $1500.00 in Nov '09 Free trail for 30 days, no questions free return. Canceled before order was shipped and told it was not ordered. It arrived 3 days later, called the next day to have them pick it up, no warranty card which was suppose to be for 3 yrs, did not come with all they promised, lacked power to go up incline on my street.     Ordered a Lexus Light from the above company, spoke to a Mike. Was really looking forward to receiving this scooter from them, only to find out that they neglected to get the expiration date of my credit card. Was suppose to receive it on Wednesday, now it would be Friday, I was assured of it. Friday and Saturday came and went, with no delivery, phone call.     I wish I had found these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering a rollator from Planet Mobility. I ordered a heavy duty rollator on August 1, 2009. The money was immediately taken from my account. I called 2 weeks later to check on the status of the order. Someone told me they would call me back with a shipping number. No call. I called back on the 20th to find out "we are no longer dealing with that company". I couldn't believe no one called. They said they would credit my account that day.   • Horrendous Customer Service from Planet Mobility



    I purchased a used Lexus Light. Oh, it looked so great! The previous owner had allowed the batteries to drain, they won't take a charge. I ordered replacement batteries, and my credit card was charged,in the middle of August.I'm writing this on September 13th. 3 weeks ago I was told the batteries were shipping to me.2 weeks ago I was told that was in error and that they were waiting on delivery from the warehouse. I OREDERED A PART FROM MIKE WOODS GAVE THEM MY CC THEY OVER CHARGED ME.40.00 AND TOLD IT WOULD SHIP THAT DAY THREE WEEKS WENT BY AFTER MANY HOURS AND CALLS I FINALLY CAUGHT MIKE??? HE SENT ME THE WRONG PART TOLD ME TO SEND BACK WHICH I DID NEVER GOT CORRECT PART OR REFUND!!!! THAN I CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY HE SAID THAT MIKE WAS A REAL SCUMBAG,AND DOES THIS TO EVERYBODY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I recently had asked for a shipping price for a Sunrunner 4 wheel scooter from Mary Elias and she e-mailed me a price of $320.00 to go from Michigan to Florida. I think that is a little overboard for that short of a distance as I had just bought a Golden Companion GC 340 scooter and the shipping was only $200.00 and the companion is heavier and it was shipped by freight on a pallet to the same address
